Student registration
* According to the conference policy, AT LEAST ONE NON-student registration for each accepted paper should be made in time for inclusion of the paper in the SPRINGER proceedings. This means that a student will pay the reduced registration fee ONLY IF AT LEAST ANOTHER FULL registration is paid for his/her paper.

Additional paper fee
* Maximum one additional paper for each full registration. Additional paper registration should match the name of the full registration and the same person should present both papers – attend the conference.

Full Registration fees include: access to the conference sessions, conference material, conference proceedings, daily coffee breaks, lunch, Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner.
Exceptional Remote Presentation: MEDI 2026 is primarily an in-person conference. Remote presentation is not offered as a standard participation option. However, authors who are genuinely unable to attend the conference in person due to exceptional and documented circumstances (e.g., visa-related difficulties) may submit a request to the Conference Chairs. Such requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and remote presentation may be authorized exceptionally upon approval.
