Camera Ready Submission Guidelines

Authors of accepted papers should prepare their final camera-ready version according to the guidelines below.

The conference proceedings will be published by Springer in their Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS). Please adhere strictly to LNCS formatting guidelines to be found at springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines in preparing your final camera-ready version.

Authors should update the camera-ready version of their paper through EasyChair, as applicable. In addition, they should prepare one ZIP file containing: 1) the final camera-ready PDF, 2) all source files (Word document or LaTeX sources), 3) the completed Alt Text Excel sheet, and 4) the completed Springer Consent-to-Publish (copyright) form.

The ZIP file should be named: MEDI2026_PaperID#

The email subject should read: MEDI2026 - Paper ID #

The complete ZIP package should then be emailed to medi2026@nup.ac.cy before September 5th, 2026.

Please use the full name of the conference (not the abbreviation) as the volume title and the program committee chair(s) of the conference as volume editors in the Springer Consent-to-Publish (copyright) form: Zakaria Maamar, Jorge Bernardino, Elena Kakoulli, Ladjel Bellatreche.

The maximum length of papers accepted as full papers is 14 pages, and papers accepted as short are 8 pages. You can add extra pages (maximum 2) for a fee.

In order for your paper to be included in the proceedings, we require at least one author to register for the conference and pay the registration fees before the 5th of September 2026.
